Help
Most problems come from the playlist provider. These help you tell which side to fix.
Set up a new TV
- Install Ondaro from Google Play on the TV.
- Sign in with the same Google account, then Settings › Account › Restore purchase.
- Add your playlist again. Playlists are not copied between TVs because we never store them.
Is it my provider or Ondaro?
- "The server did not accept the user name or password."Provider side: check the login or account dates with them.
- "Reconnecting" keeps showingNetwork side: try a cable or restart the router.
- One channel black, others fineProvider side: that channel is down at the source.
